Reference number : 1575283 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-07 Submission sent electronically accepted: No REFURBISHMENT OF ROW SAINT-FÉLIX The Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel is requesting tenders for the repair of rang Saint-Félix, all as detailed in the specifications and the plan prepared for this purpose. The work includes, for rang Saint-Félix, but is not limited to, the repair of road infrastructures over approximately 660 linear meters as well as the replacement of three (3) culverts (300, 600 and 1200 mm). Any bid to be valid, must be accompanied by a bid guarantee, either in the form of a certified check or a bond valid for the entire period during which the bid must remain in force, in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10% ) the amount of the tender as described in the notice to tenderers. Tenderers agree to carry out the work according to the specific conditions and needs of the Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel. The Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any costs or obligations of any kind towards the tenderer(s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
