Furnishing Refuse Collection and Disposal Service For 30 Cubic Yard Containers at Various Locations, Island of Oahu, on an as needed basis. The scope of work consists of furnishing refuse collection and disposal services, including delivery, collection, and disposal of refuse/waste in 30 cubic yard containers on the Island of Oahu on an as-needed basis. ALL requests for information (RFI) shall be received in writing via HIePRO prior to the Question Due Date in General Information of the HIePRO solicitation. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal RFI will not receive a response. Any protest of this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Director of Transportation, in accordance with 103D-701, HRS and 3-126, HAR. Campaign contributions by State and County Contractors. Contractors are hereby notified of the applicability of Section 11-355, HRS, which states that campaign contributions are prohibited from specified State or County government contractors during the term of the contract if the contractors are paid with funds appropriated by a legislative body.
