Reference number : 1575311 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-07 Submission sent electronically accepted: No REPAIR OF RICHARD, DES ALOUETTES, DES CAPUCINES AND 3RD STREET The Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel is requesting tenders for the repair of rue Richard, rue des Alouettes, rue des Capucines and 3 e Rue, all as detailed in the specifications and plans prepared for this purpose. The work includes, but is not limited to, the repair of rue Richard, rue des Alouettes, rue des Capucines and 3 e Rue, the refurbishment of road infrastructure over approximately 1,820 linear meters as well as 310 meters of aqueduct replacement on rue des Alouettes . Any bid to be valid, must be accompanied by a bid guarantee, either in the form of a certified check or a bond valid for the entire period during which the bid must remain in force, in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10% ) the amount of the tender as described in the notice to tenderers. Tenderers agree to carry out the work according to the specific conditions and needs of the Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel. The Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any costs or obligations of any kind towards the tenderer(s). Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
