Renovation of a municipal facility in Lyman, Maine. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Lyman is accepting proposals for electrical work to be done at the Lyman Transfer Station. Wiring shall meet Current National Electrical Code. The work to be done is defined below. Sealed bids can be sent to Lyman Town Hall Board of Selectmen 11 South Waterboro Road Lyman, Me 04002 The estimate should include the following: Main building gets four new LED wall packs Two recycling areas near main building has existing lighting on one unit modified to light sides of unit, the other unit gets the pole light relocated and modified to light sides The existing two lights on poles get replaced with larger lumen LED fixtures Eight additional LED lights are installed at the dumping areas as well as in back for hook-up The office gets a new more powerful LED wall pack fixture Dumping stations near office building each get LED light Swap shop building, sand and oil areas each get new LED wall packs Swap building gets LED lighting inside Salt shed gets six large LED wall packs inside and larger wall packs outside front and rear This project may be done is stages. The estimate Should include the cost for the wiring for the installation as described above and the boxes and all other conductors, conduit, materials, labor, etc. There would also be a mandatory walk through with the electrical inspector prior to work being started. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
