The Viola Special Road District #21 is accepting Sealed Bids on Equipment, Material and Labor cost for work within the Viola Special Road District #21 for the year of 2022. Bidders are requested to provide a detailed list of equipment and hourly charges on the following: Asphalt, Mowing, Chip and Seal, Road Striping, Road Repair, Tree and Brush Clearing, Signage Installs and Repair, Weed Spraying, Snow Truck Driver, and Accounting & Bookkeeping. All contractors and subcontractors shall comply with local and state wage rate laws. All Contractors and Sub-contractors shall provide proof of insurance and workers comp. The Viola Road Commissioners reserve the right to waive any formality in or to reject any and/or all bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing date for the receipt of bids without the consent of the Viola Road Commissioners
