A) Provide equipment and labor to install foundation for new 300 ft self-supporting tower per preliminary foundation design. Foundation price may be amended once a soil report is provided or if abnormal soils are found during excavation. B) Provide materials and labor to install one 300 ft self-supporting tower designed to meet the TIA 222-G standard with 117 mph winds structure class 111, with a maximum tower stress of 80% as loaded. Tower materials to include one climbing ladder, one waveguide ladder, cable safety climb, one 20 ft waveguide bridge, three 4 ft side arm mounts, E-2 dual LED strobe light kit, PE State of Texas stamped drawings, and anchor bolts with templates. Note: (Solid Steel Legs). R-56 type grounding. C) One 8'x10'L x 8'H concrete shelter, with 200 amp breaker box, 2-2 ton Wall Packs, one 8-way entry port, LED overhead lights, 6 dedicated 20 amp wall plugs and 4 overhead. Interior H pattern cable tray overhead along with #2 interior ground ring at building interior base and two exit stringers. One- 200 amp buss bar below entry port with #2 stringer to inside halo. Two exterior door lights (LED) will be provided. C-1 Provide and install elevated (2 feet AGL) concrete pad for Building with Steps and landing. C-2 Provide and install concrete pad to support 48Kw Generator (2 feet AGL) C-3 Provide and install concrete pad at ground level to support 1,000 gallon propane tank. D) Provide one soil boring with written soil analysis, bore log and report. E) Provide 75'x75' compound fencing with 10 ft. gate and 200-amp electrical service. Include base fill and compacted base.
