Riverwalk Drive Boise, Idaho 83706 208-336-3443 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: Kreizenbeck Constructors 11724 West Executive Drive Boise, Idaho 83713 208-336-9500 The project will include a remodel of the existing 24,000 square foot Longfellow Elementary School and new construction of an approximate 20,000 square foot, two story new elementary school addition with associated sitework, utilities, paving, landscaping, and other work per the contract documents. Work will be completed under multiple prime contracts. Plans are available from the Construction Manager. All Contractors are required to have a current Public Works License and Contractors Registration for the State of Idaho, commensurate with the size of the contract. Both Contractors and Suppliers shall submit a bid bond, certified check, or cashier check in the amount of 5% of the total bid with their bid. Construction documents will be available through Kreizenbeck Constructors commencing February 15, 2022. A $250.00 (refundable) deposit is required for hard copies of the plans. A $25.00 fee for shipping and handling will be assessed to each bidder requiring plans to be shipped. Bid documents are also available electronically at no charge through Kreizenbeck Constructors.
