Notice is hereby given that the Town of Lyman (Town) is requesting sealed proposals for an enclosure and A Frame Roof for the Digital Sign in front of Town Hall. Questions / requests for clarification must be submitted to the Select Board Office. Enclosure to be an A Frame Roof and overhang on the sides Must allow for ventilation Must have access to the front and year Vinyl siding to match Town Hall Sealed bids to be delivered or mailed to: Town of Lyman 11 So. Waterboro Rd. Lyman, Maine 04002 The Town is not responsible for misdirected, lost, or late submittals. Proposals received after the designated time will not be accepted. All proposals will be required to remain valid for a period of (60) days. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked Proposal for Electronic Sign. Proposals shall state the Total Cost. The Town of Lyman reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
