Sparta Community Hospital District, Sparta, Illinois is seeking bids for the 2022 mowing season. The prospective bidder will have equipment to mow, pickup grass, prune and trim shrubbery, with fertilizing capability, ability to mulch flower and landscaping beds as needed, and a means to clear sidewalks and driveways after mowing. Individual bids to be submitted for the following: -Annual spring maintenance/cleanup of grounds -Lawn Mowing -Twenty-eight (28) times annually -Lawn Treatment - Main hospital campus only two (2) times annually. This will be a combined and itemized bid that includes the care of the following locations: -Sparta Community Hospital, 818 E. Broadway St., Sparta, IL 62286, including adjoining property and clinics -North Campus Healthcare, 1300 N. Market St., Sparta, IL 62286 -Steeleville Clinic, 9 Westwood Dr., Steeleville, IL 62288 -Coulterville Medical Clinic, 203 E. Grant St., Coulterville, IL 62237 The prospective bidder must include at least three references. All prospective bidders are subject to passing a State Police of Illinois Background Check.
