Reference number : 1575541 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval invites tenders for the following services: 1) Collection of residual materials by front loading and transport. 2) Collection of residual materials in side, rear and door-to-door loading and transport; The prices submitted must include the cost of collecting residual materials and transporting them to the disposal location indicated in these specifications, by type of material (household waste, recycling, organic materials, green waste and bulky). The award of the contract will be made to the lowest bidder meeting the requirements of the estimate, based on the lowest price submitted. For the awarding of the contract, the lowest costs of lot 1 and lot 2 will be considered, for the entire contract. The City incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. The municipal council does not undertake to accept the lowest, nor the highest, nor any of the tenders received, and incurs no obligation, nor any costs, of any kind, towards the Tenderer(s). The City may award this contract in whole or in part.
