Renovation of an educational facility in Franklin Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the following: RENOVATION WORK by a GENERAL CONTRACTOR to be performed at the following schools: EAST LEYDEN HIGH SCHOOL 3400 North Rose Street Franklin Park, Illinois 60131 WEST LEYDEN HIGH SCHOOL 1000 North Wolf Road Northlake, Illinois 60164. Bidders are invited to be present at the bid opening. All interested bidders must demonstrate previous experience with school renovation projects in Illinois schools and complete and file with the Architect, a confidential AIA-A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement. Qualified bids must include a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid, which shall be a bid bond or certified check. The school district reserves the right to reject a bid from a General Contractor who in the school district's opinion does not exhibit experience equal to the size and scope of this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for the Renovation Work Project. Bidders may not withdraw a bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
