The Port of Vancouver is seeking responses to this proposal from consultants for the purpose of developing an on-call agreement to perform various On-Call Hydrographic Surveying Services on an as needed basis. The port requires these services to serve and maintain port terminal business operations and the monitoring of changes to the river to determine pre and post impacts of dredge operations performed by the port. These services will play an important role in enabling the port to execute and accomplish programs for the development and improvement of infrastructure and upgrades critical to port operations.
