Services requested include project management, survey, alternatives analysis, roadway, multimodal, & accessibility design, stormwater analysis & design, cost estimating & constructability reviews, traffic design including temporary traffic control & permanent pavement marking & signing plan development, illumination analysis & design, utility coordination & irrigation district permitting support, right of way acquisition, public involvement & outreach, limited structural engineering, & engineer of record services during construction. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Schedule and Budget Butler Market and Wells Acres roundabout: Design completion and rights-of way acquisition is by April 2023 with construction completion by the end of 2023. Total budget for design, right of way, utilities, and construction is $3,000,000. Boyd Acres and Butler Market key routes for walking and biking: Completion of the alternatives analysis is by October 2022 and design completion by December of 2023. Desired construction completion is by the end of 2024. Total budget for the alternatives analysis, design, right of way, utilities, and construction is $3,846,000.
