The work must be completed no later than June 20, 2022. Obtaining documents The technical specifications and contractual document will be available from the tender system as of February 24, 2022. Bid guarantee All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified check valid for forty-five (45) days, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a tender issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c. A-32), authorizing it to practice suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative governed by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3 ) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46),otherwise the submission will be automatically rejected. Bidders Only will be considered for the purposes of awarding the contract, bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement, and holding, the case where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario, the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (2008) and the Agreement on internal trade (Annex 502.4).
