Magnitude Of Construction: Estimated range for construction costs is $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. SOW: This project shall modify the existing HVAC to better control humidity in the building. Modifications include the installation of a roof top Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS), the replacement of three first floor air handlers, disabling the bypass dampers of the other air handlers, installing new DDC actuators and valves for the heating and cooling coils, installation of humidity and CO2 sensors in the building, and connecting the chiller plant, boiler plant, air handlers, and exhaust system to the new energy management system.The period of performance for this work is 255 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
