The work shall consist of the following roads/projects: 1. Pepperidge Drive (Starting from the west town municipal boundary going east to, and including, the intersection of Skyline Oaks) (400 ft. x 24 ft.) Pulverize, grade, Pave 2" base and 1.5" of surface. 4" topsoil, seed and mulch shoulder. 2. Skyline Oaks (Starting at Pepperidge going north to the south side edge of the driveway at 2574 Skyline Oaks) (465 ft. x 24 ft.) Pulverize, grade, Pave 2" base and 1.5" of surface. 4" topsoil, seed and mulch shoulder 3. Spring Meadows (starting at the intersection of Skyline Oaks to Bain Brook Boulevard) (1035 ft. x 24 ft.) Pulverize, grade, Pave 2" base and 1.5" of surface. 4" topsoil, seed and mulch shoulder 4. Crenshaw Court (Starting at a point east of County U intersection, limits of Outagamie County 2021 paving, east to end of Cul De Sac) (990 ft. x 24 ft.) Pulverize, grade, Pave 2" base and 1.5" of surface. 4" topsoil, seed and mulch shoulder 5. Country View Circle (starting with south intersection of Williams Grant to the north intersection of Williams Grant.) (2000 ft. x 22 ft.) Pulverize, grade, Pave 2" base and 1.5" of surface. 4" topsoil, seed and mulch shoulder 6. Carpenters Crossing South Subdivision second lift (Tambour Trail 1025ft. x 26 ft; Sabal Oak Drive 350ft x 26 ft.; Lacewood 160 ft. x 26 ft.) add finish layer of 1.5 "of surface 7. Lawrence Parkway second lift (From intersection of French Road to intersection of Little Rapids) (3500 ft. x 32 ft. including boulevard) add finish layer of 1.5 "of surface 8. Shady Court second lift (Starting with the intersection of French Road to end of cul de sac also include entrance into Lawrence Town Hall) (865 ft. x width varies) 1.5" of surface. 4" topsoil, seed and mulch shoulder 9. Striping - Epoxy Center Lines & Fog Lines a. French Road (Starting at the intersection of Freedom Road going south to the north edge of the Apple Creek Bridge) 13,500 LF of Road b. Mid Valley Road (Starting at the south intersection with Freedom Road going south to the north end of the Apple Creek Bridge)- 13,000 LF of road Supplemental Bid Items 1. Whispering Oak Court (Starting at the intersection with Gentle Hills going south to end of cul de sac) (720 ft. x 24 ft.) Pulverize, grade, Pave 2" base and 1.5" of surface. 4" topsoil, seed and mulch shoulder 2. Chapelle Rue (Starting with intersection of Lost Dauphin going west to dead end) (450 ft. x 24 ft) Pulverize, grade, Pave 2" base and 1.5" of surface. 1" CABC shoulder. No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bid bond payable to the Town of Lawrence in an amount not less than 10% of the maximum bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the contract, performance/payment bonds and insurance certification, as required by the contract documents, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of the Town of Lawrence. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 30-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the Owner. All work shall be completed by July 15, 2022. If not completed by said date there shall be a penalty of $500.00 per day until completed. The contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 60.47, 66.0901, 66.0903, and 779.16 of the Wisconsin Statutes. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
