Insurance Required Yes Bid Bond Required No Performance Bond Required No 1. Demolish concrete pads and covers from existing corporation stops. 2. Excavate to existing HDPE force main pipe and connection saddles. 3. Remove existing brass saddle and corporation stop from existing HDPE force main. 4. Furnish and install three (3) 304-SS pipe saddle clamps with 2" outlet on existing HDPE force main. 5. Furnish and install three (3) 2" RW threaded gate valves with 2" operating nut. 6. Furnish and install three (3) 461-S CI valve boxes with lids stamped "SEWER". 7. Furnish and install three (3) repair couplings to reconnect PVC pipe to new valves. 8.
