Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cape Vincent, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
VILLAGE-OWNED BOAT RAMP, REDI ASSET #SJ.92 EAST END PARK, REDI ASSET #SJ.98 VILLAGE-OWNED DOCK, REDI ASSET #SJ.99 The Project consists of constructing improvements to the docks and waterfront at East End Park. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to condition of employment to be observed and to the minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. Refer to Instructions to Bidders & Bid Form for requirements regarding modifications and withdrawing of bids.
