(2 nd floor bridge door set # 1, 2 nd floor bridge door set #2) 2) Remove and install all new hardware on (3) sets of existing double ped doors located off the 2 nd floor music room (2) sets and the 3 rd floor art room (1) set. - The proposal shall be submitted with the attached Bid Cover Sheet completed in its entirety. - Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. - All work to be performed during normal working hours. - If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. - If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid. (No thresholds or weather stripping required because are interior doors) 2) Install new hardware to existing Double ped doors, RO 76 x 84, door opening 72 x 84, left hand hinge for active door, 4 3/4 thick door frames, is on a brick wall, needs continuous full-length hinges added to both doors, new center removable astrical added to non-active door, HD door closers on both doors, vertical rod panic exit devise hardware on both doors, active door only to have Schlage brand locks with exterior hand lever and cylinder lock with removable cores, all new hardware to be bronze color except panic devices and lock cylinders and cores which will be satin chrome color. Will re-use existing removable cylinder cores, will install surface mounted latch on the transom above the doors for the new astrical to latch into. 3. Ensure that all work areas are left in a school-ready condition by sweeping and cleaning any affected areas and removing any debris or excess materials from construction or installation from site.
