Renovation of an educational facility in Overland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Johnson County Community College (the "College") is soliciting bids for the replacement of the exterior dock area and a stair from an exit door for the OCB building, an exterior stair to the east of the LIB building, and the stairs of the plaza to the south of the MTC building. Clarification Deadline 3/9/2022 5:00 PM This work includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. The dock area includes a new leveler and cast-in-place concrete work, and refinishing and reinstalling handrails and guardrails. b. The LIB stair includes replacement of the cast-in-place concrete stairs, and reinstallation of handrails. c. The Plaza area includes the replacement of radiused cast-in-place concrete stairs and new handrails. All communications in regards to this RFB are only to be directed to the Procurement dept. (Main contact, Larry Allen lallen35@jccc.edu) Pre Bid Meeting - No more than one (1) employee from each firm is to attend and must adhere to Johnson County, KS Covid-19 guidelines for masks, social distancing, etc. Attendance at the conference is highly recommended.
