TCEQ intends to enter into multiple-regional contracts for providing risk-based corrective action activities at petroleum storage tank (PST) sites under the PST State Lead Program. Under these contracts, the Remediation Division issues work orders for risk-based site assessment, non-engineered corrective action, and oversight services to conduct remedial actions at Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST) sites in Texas where petroleum products are the cause of soil, groundwater, and/or surface water contamination. These contracts may also be used to support assessment activities under the Brownfields 128(a) Grant or at other sites at the discretion of the TCEQ. The Contractor may be requested to provide technical assistance or expert witness services pursuant to the contract. All work shall be performed in accordance with current regulations, requirements, and applicable TCEQ guidance. Each contract will be a four-year contract with an optional one-year renewal and a planned effective date of September 1, 2022. TCEQ has set up an email account where Vendors may submit questions regarding the Solicitation. The only official answers to questions are issued in addenda. Questions submitted before the Pre-Proposal Conference may be read aloud at the end of the Pre-Proposal Conference. TCEQ reserves the right to not answer questions or provide a single response for similar questions. During the Pre-Proposal conference, the viewing public is encouraged to type questions into the chat feature. The public voice option will be disabled to prevent disruptions. To obtain an official response to the question, the Vendor must submit the question to the email address for questions. The email address for submission of questions is Procurements&Contracts@tceq.texas.gov . The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. The deadline for submitting questions is March 15, 2022
