A. Bidders are invited to bid on Construction Contract known as: 2022 200 NORTH & 200 SOUTH RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS B. The projects are located on 200 North Street from 100 W to Main Street, and the 200 South cul-de-sac going east from 1225 E in Bountiful, and is identified on the title sheet for the project "2022 200 NORTH & 200 SOUTH RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT". A description of the work anticipated is included in Section 01 11 00, Summary of Work. C. The work to be performed generally consists of pulverizing the existing pavement section, excavation, grading, asphalt paving and removal and replacement of existing curb, gutter, sidewalk and drive approaches. D. The estimated cost of the work of the Work is: $ 206,838.00 E. On the outside of the envelope, the bidder shall indicate the Construction Contract title, the name and address of the Bidder, and the date and time of Bid opening and the Bidder's return mailing address. Bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Unsealed or segregated Bids will not be accepted. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the OWNER.
