The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor(s) to furnish and deliver Liquid Aluminum Sulfate, on an as needed basis for use at Lee County. A Primary and Secondary Vendor will be selected. Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted in writing prior to 5:00 PM at least eight (8) calendar days prior to the date when the submission is due. Contract term shall be for one (1) three-year (3) period. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the initial Agreement term of three (3) years. The increments of renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the County as deemed in its best interest. The County currently has a contract in place for such services that is set to expire August 26, 2022. The Contract associated with this solicitation will therefore not become effective until August 29, 2022, or soon thereafter. Should the existing contract be terminated prior to its expiration date the County reserves the right to enter into contract with the Vendor prior to August 29, 2022. The County reserves the right to make award(s) by individual item, group of items, all or none, or a combination thereof. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor irregularity or technicality in the bids received
