PA State prevailing wages will apply. The contract documents contain requirements for wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in employment, goals for participation by minority & women (MBE/WBE) businesses, and by Section 3 residents/businesses, and related matters. All contractors and subcontractors working on this project will be required to comply with the PA Human Relations Act No. 222.
