**As of April 7, 2022 , an award has not yet been made. A timeline for award are expected within two weeks.** The project rehabs 8 townhomes at 803-817 Old Boalsburg Rd. State College. Bids will be accepted for 3 separate contracts: 1) HVAC-ductwork, replace furnace systems with heat pumps 2) Electrical-update systems 3) Renovations-renovate kitchens/baths, replace doors/windows/flooring/ceiling, insulate This project uses federal HOME funds and is subject to all related Federal regs. PA State prevailing wages will apply. The contract documents contain requirements for wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in employment, goals for participation by minority & women (MBE/WBE) businesses, and by Section 3 residents/businesses, and related matters. All contractors and subcontractors working on this project will be required to comply with the PA Human Relations Act No. 222.
