The University System of New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as USNH or Owner) representing Keene State College is requesting bids for the replacement of Putnam Science Center roof. The project involves the replacement of the existing roof system, flashing, and precast coping of the original, and the 2004 addition roof, in accordance with attached construction documents and specifications. The new system is to align with Keene State College's current standards. The existing roof footprint, not including the greenhouse and metal roof, is approximately 21,500 sq.ft. Sika Corporation Sarnafil pvc roofing as specified, substitutions will not be accepted. All work to be completed by Sika certified installers. Site specific safety plan is required with bid. Bid security and performance and payment bonds are required for all projects of $100,000 or greater. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, bank draft or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum, as security for the faithful performance of his contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection therewith.
