The Facilities Department on behalf of the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Madison, Connecticut are seeking SEALED Bids from interested individuals, firms or consultant teams to provide painting services for the Mens and Womens locker rooms at the Madison Police Department, located at 9 Campus Drive, Madison, Connecticut 06443. Due to State regulations, this is a Prevailing Wage project. The work to be performed for the project is finish painting of both Mens and Womens locker rooms following the installation of new lockers. Paint will be similar to existing color, awarded contractor will be responsible for all wall repairs, patching and prep prior to applying at least 2 coats of final color to a smooth and consistent finish. Awarded bidder will be responsible for field measurements, procurement of all materials, and protection of all existing finishes and property within the locker rooms. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or defects in bids, to reject any and all bids and to accept a bid that, in its sole discretion, is in the best interest of the Town.
