Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cass City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The district needs to replace the antiquated PA system at the Jr/Sr High School and Campbell Day Care by expanding the Valcom system currently installed at Cass City Elementary School. Please provide a cost to Install, Configure, Document, and test the above system. The system should also include at least one (1) day of knowledge transfer on how to operate, troubleshoot, and program the system in the future for up to 3 employees of the School District. The anticipated date of award is March 21, 2022, pending Board of Education approval. Technical questions with regard to this bid document must be submitted in writing no later than Monday, March 7, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. No other interpretations of the meaning of this bid document will be made to any bidder verbally. Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing and emailed to: Cass City Public Schools Attn: Lyle Severance Email:lseverance@casscityschools.org Subject: PA System The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive all irregularities in Proposals. Proposals shall remain firm for ninety (90) days from date of Bid Opening.
