Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Weyerhaeuser, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; and municipal facility.
MAJOR ITEMS OF BID Building Demolition and Disposal at including materials, Testing for disposal of building materials, Disconnection of Sewer Service & Cap Disconnection of Water Service & Cap behind curb stop Street Sweeping and Erosion Control Topsoil Site Restoration The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Letting is subject to Section 62.15(1) and Section 66.0901, Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must provide a Certificate of Insurance with his/her bid. We encourage Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs), to submit bid proposals. This project is being funded by the Village of Weyerhaeuser. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual day of the opening thereof. The Contractor shall include a Company Name, Contact Name, address, telephone number(s), FAX number, and email address when requesting plans.
