Letting is subject to Section 62.15(1) and Section 66.0901, Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must provide a Certificate of Insurance with his/her bid. We encourage Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs), to submit bid proposals. This project is being funded by the Village of Weyerhaeuser. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual day of the opening thereof. The Contractor shall include a Company Name, Contact Name, address, telephone number(s), FAX number, and email address when requesting plans.
