Media Borough is soliciting bids for the maintenance, repair, and remediation of Borough sidewalks and associated facilities. The bid includes the maintenance of concrete and brick sidewalks, concrete and granite curbs, tree pits, brick pavers, and other miscellaneous concrete and masonry elements within the Borough as needed. The project is Borough-wide and will be an annual contract wherein the awarded contractor will be responsible for making any required improvements throughout the length of the contract. The contractor shall be in continuous communication with the Borough Staff and Engineer regarding any sudden changes or new requests for maintenance, repair, and remediation during the project length. Requests for clarification are due Friday, March 25, 2022 10:00:00 AM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. The Borough would anticipate spending about $50,000 to $100,000 for the year duration of the contract.
