The Town of Wadena is requesting for bids from qualified bidders for the management, design, planning, and installment of a lagoon force main service port and sewer pipe system of main lift station. Work to be Included: - Full design of a service port connection to allow for line jetting and Sewer Pipe System of Main Lift Station - Full supply of labour, equipment and material to complete the projects. Scope of Services and Responsibilities: - The Contractor must supply, design, and install a service port entry for a lagoon force main connection and also the supply, design, and install of sewer pipe system to main lift station. - The Service port entry for a lagoon force main connection to include suck out and waste disposal while service is down or rerouting of main sewer line while work is proceeding, cleanout port which shall work as a line-jetting location, and pre-cast manhole entry. - The Sewer Pipe System to Main Lift Station to include excavation of existing, set up of temporary pumping, replacement of existing pipe through wall of lift station with stainless steel, tie on of new HDPE swab launch to stainless and existing force main, removal of lift station header up to pumps and replace with stainless steel, change of suction lines through the wall and replace with stainless steel, installation of new flow meter. Mobilize to and Demobilize from site. Contractors will be required to obtain or have a current year business license to undertake work in the Town of Wadena. The Town reserves the right to not accept any proposal at its sole and unfettered discretion.
