Intersection Improvements at Prince William Parkway and University Boulevard (Quadrant Road Intersection) Generally, the Project includes, but is not limited to, roadway improvements at Prince William Parkway, University Boulevard, and Discovery Boulevard. Work includes, but is not limited to, installing erosion control devices, clearing and grubbing, excavation, demolition of existing concrete/asphalt pavement, installing curb and gutter, shared-use path, concrete sidewalk and curb ramps, placing aggregate, asphalt paving, grinding, drainage, signing and pavement parking, installing new signal and modifying existing signals, installing street lighting and pedestrian signals, water and sewer line relocation, erosion and sediment control, storm water management pond riser modification and embankment grading, cleaning existing storm drain pipes within project limits, and all measures required for the maintenance of traffic during construction. All work shall be performed in accordance with the approved project plans and bid documents. The completed project must meet all requirements for final acceptance by the Virginia Department of Transportation and Prince William County Department of Transportation.
