all questions be submitted in writing to the ACSA or WRA by 5:00 pm on March 21, 2022 The Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of the existing Madison Office Park Sewer Pump Station located at 2497 Old Ivy Road, Charlottesville, VA. The replacement work will include the demolition and disposal of the existing pump station building and the rehabilitation of the existing wet well to facilitate a new concrete building slab, factory-built precast building, and prefabricated suction lift pump skid overtop of the rehabilitated wet well. This work will also include construction of a new emergency bypass connection, new gravity sewer and service lateral, coordination with Dominion for the electrical service upgrade, as well as additional yard piping and all associated site, structural, mechanical, electrical and SCADA work required for the replacement pump station as defined within the contract documents.
