Part of the financial assistance from the Gas Tax Transfer Program and the Quebec contribution (TECQ 2019-2023) will be allocated by the municipality to this project. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made out to the order of the Municipality of Saint-Paulin, must accompany the bid. The Municipality of Saint-Paulin does not accept any offer sent by fax or email, any offer sent in this way will be automatically rejected. The Municipality of Saint-Paulin does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. Bid bond 10% is required.
