The Village of Slinger will be receiving and accepting bids for the Breuer Park Water and Sanitary project ONLY via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Electronic bids will be accepted until 10:00 A.M., Thursday, March 10, 2022. After the official closing time, the Bids will be opened, reviewed, and posted to the Questcdn.com website. To access the electronic Bid Form, download the project documents and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. The electronic bid form will be available for completion beginning March 3, 2022, or sooner. The estimated quantities as indicated above and on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder. \ The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. \ Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Owner in an amount of five (5) percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 15 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages. \ Electronic bids shall be submitted on the electronic bid form provided through QuestCDN, and all required blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted.
