The City of Osceola will receive sealed bids on a General to install a new lighted windcone and segmented circle and a PAPI on Runway 19 at Osceola Municipal Airport. The successful Bidder will be required to submit a Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities prior to award of the contract, and to notify prospective subcontractors of the requirement for such a Certification where the amount of the subcontract exceeds $10,000. Submit as a prerequisite to award of a contract AIA Document A305, Contractor's Qualification Statement, unless such statement has been submitted for review to the Engineer's office within the past six months. Federal Davis-Bacon wages shall apply. Work will be completed within 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
