General construction contract to include all work indicated on the drawings, including but not limited to site work and excavation, general construction, and removal universal wastes The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to The Borough of Old Forge. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any Informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the successful bidder within ten (10) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the said bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Project Agreement in the form prescribed by the Borough or forfeit said Bid Bond Bidders must email David Lopatka at Reuther+Bowen, PC at dlopatka@ reutherbowen.com to request documents and placed on the Bidders list. Only Bidders receiving a full set of Documents by email from Reuther+Bowen, PC will be on record to participate in the walk-thru and receive any Addenda.
