Bid Title - Signs & Graphics, Design, Purchase & Installation Scope: The ESCNJ Cooperative Pricing System is seeking a contract for one or more contractors to provide design services, materials, fabrication and optional installation services for a wide variety of signs and associated products, as needed by our Co-op members. Bidders must fabricate all custom products themselves. Sub-Contracting of custom sign fabrication is not allowed. Installation services are optional for ESCNJ Members to utilize as they choose. Installation services are intended to be awarded along with the other sign categories and will not be awarded as a separate service on its own. If bidding on installation, bidders or their subcontractors shall be prequalified by the New Jersey Division Property Management and Construction in the trade category C110 Signage and Graphics. Note that this bid must not include scoreboards, marquees, video or digital displays, athletic wall/pole padding and Covid-19/social distancing signs as they are awarded on other contracts with the ESCNJ and cannot be on this bid.
