RFQ PURPOSE: The purpose of the RFQ is to establish a State of Oregon Public Works / Public Improvement Contract for LaGrande Field Maintenance Shop Side Entrance Widening Project for the benefit of Oregon Military Department ("OMD"). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the RFQ and the Contract Documents. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide all parts, labor, material and equipment necessary to widen the compound gate apron that is at Pierce Rd, on the South side of the facility, per the attached drawing. The Contractor shall also include in every subcontract a provision requiring the Subcontractor to have a public works bond filed with the Construction Contractors Board before starting Work, unless otherwise exempt, and shall verify that the Subcontractor has filed a public works bond before permitting the Subcontractor to start Work.
