Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Lilburn, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; residential development; and residential development.
This project includes removal of home and detached garage. The home is to be removed within 60 days of award. All permits, relocation costs, insurance requirements and restoration costs are the responsibility of the successful proposer. The successful proposer, whether moving or salvaging, will be required to clean up the site including all debris and remnants of the home from the site. The successful bidder will be responsible for leaving the site in a stable, safe condition, including repairing/restoring any areas damaged during removal/salvaging operations. Project has a mandatory completion date of (60) sixty days.
