ECSD requests proposals from experienced mechanical contracting company(s) to provide mechanical services when required for ECSD locations. Proponents are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request Standing Offer (RSO). The Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) will have an initial term of two years commencing upon award, with an additional two (2), one (1) year possible renewal options, provided all obligations have been met as determined by ECSD. This SOA will not exceed four (4) years total. ECSD shall in its sole discretion will be the only determiner of the acceptability and suitability of proposals submitted. This RSO is not a contract to purchase goods or services. ECSD shall review all proposals submitted in compliance with this RSO, and may, but is not obligated to, enter into an agreement for the proposed services (the "SOA"). ECSD is requesting proposals from experienced mechanical contractors with high safety rating to provide maintenance services within ECSD schools and facilities when required. This will include emergency and regular maintenance repairs. There is no forecasted amount of work available, no minimum volume of work is guaranteed. Individual work request for each project may vary depending on the nature of the work required and cannot exceed $75,000. The scope of work listed below is not inclusive of requirements from unforeseeable changes.
