Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
IS 221 (Bronx) Design No.: D020428 LLW No. 124393 - PLANYC Boiler Conversion LLW No. 124394 - PLANYC Climate Control LLW No. 126778 - Low-Voltage Electrical The work shall be as and called for in the contract documents and shall include, but not be limited to, the following general items of work: A. Replace #4 Oil Fired Heating Plant with New #2 Oil Fired Heating Plant including all work associated with removal of existing and delivery of New. B. Replace all existing oil piping, oil pumps and associated accessories with new. C. Remove all existing Pneumatic Control, Air Compressor, PRV Station, Air Storage Tanks, etc. D. Provide new DDC Climate Control System with Space DDC thermostats as shown on contract drawings. E. Replace existing vacuum pumps (2) with new. F. Provide new water feed tank system. G. Replace existing Hot Water Heater with new heat pump Hot Water Heater system. H. Replace existing Electrical Equipment as shown on contract drawings. I. Remove existing Concrete Equipment Pads and replace with New as shown on contract drawings. J. Prime and paint Boiler Room walls and floor.
