Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cypress, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Rehabilitate Existing Lift Station including but not limited to cleaning, power washing, abrasive blasting, and recoating of existing wet wells. Wet well piping and pumps shall be replaced. Abrasive blast and re-coat above ground piping, fitting, valves, and appurtenances of Existing Lift Station. Provide bypass operations as needed for wet well rehabilitation. Removal and Disposal of existing Generator No. 2 with generator pad. Furnish and install 175 kW Diesel Engine Generator, including sound attenuating enclosure, foundation, sidewalk, raised platform and appurtenances. Power wash, hand tool and/or power tool clean existing Generator No. 1 enclosure (Generator No. 1 to remain) and re-coat. Electrical System Updates, including but not limited to installing all work shown on plans, removal, disposal and replacement of existing manual transfer switch, surge protect, conduit, ductbank, lift station control panel and all required appurtenances. Site modifications, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and Site Restoration.
