This Tender is being called by the Municipality of Clarington on behalf of the Durham Purchasing Cooperative (DPC) to establish a contract for the supply of aggregate road materials, both pick-up and delivery in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this Tender. The intent is to establish a registry of suppliers whereby the Durham Cooperative members may purchase their aggregate road material requirements. Selection of suppliers may be at the discretion of the participating Agencies to ensure access to a pit closest to the job site.
