Bowen HS Roofing Project *Pre-qualified Various Trades This Pre-bid meeting is mandatory and that all quantities and sizes are to be verified in the field o The proposal shall be submitted with the attached Bid Cover Sheet completed in its entirety. o Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. o All work to be performed during normal working hours. o If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. o If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid. Roofing Provide supervision equipment materials and skilled labor to perform the following Contractor/Vendor shall provide a Proposal for the necessary Labor and Materials to: Roofing Scope of Work o Carefully remove approximately 800 square feet of shingle roofing covering down to the existing wood deck and Properly dispose of debris. o Replace all deteriorated wood decking o Mechanically fasten 800 square feet of GAF synthetic underlayment over the wood deck. o Install GAF ice & water shield membrane at the valley, ridge, and eave areas. o Install 800 square feet of GAF Architectural Shingles roof covering to match the adjoining shingle roof as best as possible. o Install a new metal valley. o Carefully re-install the existing metal ridge cap. o Remove, salvage and re-install three (3) existing metal soffit panels that have unfastened and pose a falling hazard below. o Replace approximately 40 square feet of soffit wood decking. o Carefully re-install the three (3) salvaged existing metal soffit panels, approximately 6' x 2' each.
