New refrigeration system will be a 200-ton nominal system designed to maintain -22 deg F indoor temperature and chill test basin water down to 32 deg F. Installation of supporting equipment (i.e., generator, HVAC, etc.) on the site and the roof. Electrical system integration and controls; a SCADA system with multiple workstations will be used for refrigeration system control.
