The Board of Trustees of the Antioch Public Library District, Antioch, Illinois, will receive bids for the A/V Bid Package related to their renovation and expansion project. Project Description: Procurement, PHASED installation and setup services of for A/V components as noted in the RFP. Location: Antioch Public Library District, 757 N. Main Street, Antioch, IL 60002 Schedule: The A/V scope will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 is tentatively planned for September 2022 and Phase 2 is tentatively planned for February / March 2023. The successful bidder will comply with the provisions of all State of Illinois and federal laws concerning public works projects as well as the State of Illinois Human Rights Act and the regulations of the Illinois Human Rights Commission. Bidders are advised the final agreement will include certain special conditions, including but not limited to: Payment/Performance Bonds, Proof of Insurance, Contractor and Subcontractor Substance Abuse Prevention Policy, Contractor's Drug-Free Workplace Certification, Fair Employment Practices Affidavit of Compliance, Anti-Collusion Affidavit of Compliance, Indemnity Hold Harmless Agreement, and Contractor's Certification. The Antioch Public Library District Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, waive irregularities and technicalities and make an award in the best interest of the Library.
