Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Supply and Installation of Automatic Door Openers (L-18) 1. Supply and installation of up to twelve (12) automatic swinging door openers. 2. Heavy duty door openers capable of opening doors listed below. Installation must adhere to the CSA Standard for Accessible Design for the Built Environment B651-12, E.19.1.2.1 Power Operation. Openers shall comply with ANSI/BHMA A156.19. 3. Openers must be adjustable for wind load and static pressure. 4. Openers to include all hardware, including any latching mechanisms and/or door handle hardware as required. 5. Contractor shall supply and install electric latch as required below. 6. Supply and installation of two (2) remote handicap door push buttons per opener. 7. Contractor shall test each unit upon installation to ensure door openers function properly, including opening, closing and latching of doors. 8. Must be compatible with Kantech KT-400 door access controllers award is subject to final approval.
