Site work for a water / sewer project in Aubrey, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of: Construction of approximately 1,220 LF of 15" SDR-21 PVC gravity sewer pipe; Construction of approximately 120 LF of 10" SDR-21 PVC gravity sewer pipe; Installation of 5 - 5' diameter precast concrete wastewater manholes with epoxy lining; Installation of 2 - 5' diameter Armorock precast polymer concrete wastewater manhole; The installation of appurtenances including but not limited to; casings and utility crossings; and The replacement of any damaged or disturbed property, including but not limited to property fences and graded drainage ways. The project is located along FM 720 approximately 0.40 miles south of the intersection of FM 720 and US 380 in Crossroads, TX. A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. All requests for information (RFIs) are due Wednesday, March 16, 2022. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
